Hey there, I’m Amanda Fisher, Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Empower Your Pelvis.

Most days you can find me in the morning at the gym with a water in one hand and tea in the other, followed by taking my boys to school and then at the clinic with my favorite, pelvic patients.
